Anuncier
Does This Sound Familiar?
You have a product your customers rely on and a sales team working hard. But pipeline is uneven, deals drag through long funding and procurement cycles, and nobody owns marketing at the leadership level.
Maybe the founder is still running marketing on nights and weekends. Maybe you have a marketer or two executing without a strategy. Maybe you hired an agency that never understood how a behavioral health provider or a county agency actually buys.
A full-time CMO is a big hire at this stage. A fractional CMO gives you that leadership now, scaled to what your company needs.
Why This Market Is Different
Selling to providers, agencies, nonprofits, and government isn't like selling to other businesses. Budgets follow Medicaid rates, grants, and contracts. Compliance shapes what buyers need to hear. Every deal has several decision makers, and sales cycles run long.
I've spent 20 years selling and marketing software into this world at Social Solutions (now Bonterra), Foothold Technology, Radicle Health, and Open City Labs. You won't be paying me to learn your buyer.

Results Delivered
At Foothold Technology, inbound leads grew from 5 to 10 a month to 60 to 70, and the sales cycle dropped from about 18 months to 9 to 12.
Led a product launch into a newly regulated market that became the company's model for future launches, and a second launch that generated more than $200K in ARR in its first year.
Took a regional company from 12 states to 28, with more than half of revenue eventually coming from outside its original markets.
At an early-stage AI healthcare company, I built the go-to-market foundation from scratch and grew pipeline 50%.
Is This the Right Fit?
Fractional CMO engagements are built for technology companies that sell to health, human services, nonprofit, and public sector organizations. Most are founder-led or growth-stage, with real product traction and no one owning marketing and go-to-market.
If you're a business or nonprofit that needs someone to run your digital marketing rather than a marketing executive, our Digital Strategy Coordinator service is a better fit.
How an Engagement Works
Fractional CMO engagements run on a month-to-month retainer. There's no long-term contract. If it isn't working, you aren't locked in. We start with a conversation about where your company is and where it needs to go, then set the scope and time commitment that fits your stage.
The first 90 days follow a pattern. I talk to leadership, sales, and customers and review your funnel data. We agree on what's working and where to improve. Then we set the strategy and the metrics I'll be held accountable to.

What Our Clients Say
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does a fractional CMO do? A fractional CMO is a senior marketing executive who works with your company part time. They own marketing strategy, lead the team and vendors, and tie marketing to revenue, the same job a full-time CMO does at a fraction of the cost and commitment.
2. How much time does a fractional CMO spend with my company? It depends on your stage and what needs fixing. We set the time commitment together at the start, and because the retainer is month to month, it can flex as your needs change.
3. When should we hire a full-time CMO instead? When marketing needs a leader every day, usually once you have a sizable team and a proven growth engine to scale. Many companies use a fractional CMO to build that engine first, then hire full time with a clear picture of the role.
4. There are many marketing roles – does Anuncier do them all? The quick answer is no. We know what we do well and we focus in on those areas. However, we do have connections to other organizations that we are happy to refer you to. Part of our strategic work can include deliverables like job descriptions for roles you might need to hire, organizational structure to understand who is covering the key marketing functions, and marketing briefs to easily outsource your work. These tools will speed up the process of filling in those gaps.
